Terms & Conditions
By making this payment I hereby acknowledge and affirm my understanding of the following: I, the client, am acquiring a unique, non-mass-produced art piece. This artwork is crafted on a made-to-order basis, rendering it one of a kind. It is expressly recognized that adherence to specified deadlines is not guaranteed, delays are considered commonplace, given the prioritization of projects on a first-come, first-served basis. This may result in project wait times of 12 to 14 months, delays may occur at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to contact us at your convenience to obtain updates on the current wait time status. Once your deposit is paid, returns and refunds are not accepted; all transactions are considered final. This policy is predicated upon the distinctive and individually crafted nature of each product. In the event of damage incurred during shipping, clients are entitled to one free repair, however client must cover all associated shipping expenses. Clients may transfer their deposit to an alternative project, contingent upon the stipulation that the original project has not commenced production.
